Along this street and in the surrounding alleys you will find a growing collection of murals that have helped transform the neighborhood in recent years. Many of these artworks were created during international street art projects where local and international artists collaborated to turn Otrobanda into an open-air gallery.

As you continue exploring the area, you will also find Under the Flyover. This space beneath the large highway bridge is a unique example of how urban infrastructure can be transformed through art. The concrete pillars and walls have become canvases for colorful murals that completely change the atmosphere of the space.

Nearby you will also discover the Colorful Stairs of Ser’i Otrobanda. These brightly painted steps connect different parts of the neighborhood and have become one of the most photographed spots in Otrobanda. The stairs perfectly illustrate how public art projects contribute to the renewal and identity of the district.
