No Name Beach - Klein Bonaire

There is no bridge and no ferry: you get there by water taxi from the centre of town, a crossing of about fifteen minutes.

It is a broad white sand beach with the reef starting a short swim out, and it is the reason most people make the trip. Turtles nest on Klein Bonaire and are seen in the water regularly. There is no shade, no water, no toilet and nobody to sell you anything — whatever you need for the day comes with you on the boat.

Take the first crossing out and the last one back; the boats run to a timetable and missing the last one is a genuine problem. The beach costs nothing, the water taxi is around twenty-five dollars per person return. Plan a full day, or a half day if you take the early boat back.
