The all-in package is what you are paying for. One price covers the car, full insurance without a deductible, taxes, unlimited mileage, a second driver and roadside assistance — the items that are normally sold separately at the counter and that turn a cheap daily rate into an expensive week. On an island where the standard deductible runs to a thousand dollars, that is worth reading twice.
The trade-off is that you are booking through an intermediary rather than from the company whose keys you collect, so questions on the spot go through the local partner. Support is in Dutch on a Netherlands number, which is the reason many Dutch visitors use them. Reckon on more per day than booking locally, in exchange for knowing the total before you leave home.
