What sets it apart is the pricing, which is unusual for the island: the rate you see includes tax and full CDW insurance, there is no deposit to leave behind, and the price does not move for bookings up to four weeks out. That matters here because the standard on Bonaire is a deductible of five hundred to a thousand dollars with full cover sold separately at ten to fifteen dollars a day — costs that only appear at the counter.

A Terios or i10 costs around a hundred and fifty dollars for three days or two hundred and ninety-five for a week; a Trailblazer pick-up seating four to five is a hundred and sixty for three days or three hundred and thirty for a week. Every car has air conditioning and most are automatic. The office is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 and there is a minimum rental period, so a single day is not possible — three days is the shortest useful booking and a week is what most visitors take. Allow about a quarter of an hour for the paperwork at pick-up.
