About Sea Cow Snorkeling
Drift snorkelling is what makes it different from swimming out from a beach: the boat drops you at one end of a reef, the current carries you along it, and the boat picks you up at the other end. You do not swim against anything and you cover far more reef than you would under your own power, which is why it suits people who are not strong swimmers as well as those who are. Two stops, both on stretches of Klein Bonaire that can only be reached by boat.
The trip lasts about three and a half hours and costs eighty dollars, with a small reservation fee on top. Gear is included, and between the two stops there are cold drinks and home-made snacks. Groups are deliberately small, so book ahead rather than turning up at the marina.
