You choose a sole and then the straps that go over it, in whatever combination of colours you want, and the pair is assembled while you wait. The straps come off and go back on, so one sole carries you through several looks and you can buy more straps later without buying more shoes — including by post once you are home. Alongside the sandals there is swimwear and summer clothing.
