The pier table is what to ask for. The menu is international with Mediterranean leanings and local Caribbean influences, and being on the water means fresh fish carries the card. Sunday is Italian night with its own menu, which is a reason to plan the week around it rather than turn up and be surprised.

Open Monday to Saturday from 17:30 to 23:00 and Sunday from 17:30 to 22:00. Dinner only. Reserve on +599 717 1697 and ask specifically for the pier — those tables go first and they are the ones with the sunset. Prices are at the upper-middle for the island. Two hours, and be seated by six if the sunset is part of the plan. It is a five-minute drive or a twenty-minute walk from the centre along the boulevard, which on a warm evening is the better half of the trip.
