Rum Runners

It is open-air and on the water, attached to one of the oldest dive resorts in the Caribbean, and it runs all day rather than only at dinner: breakfast from seven, lunch from half past eleven, dinner from half past five. For divers staying up the coast that makes it the default, and for anyone driving north it is a rare place to eat at three in the afternoon when the town kitchens are shut.

Monday is an all-you-can-eat barbecue and the bar runs from four until midnight. Prices are resort prices rather than local ones, but you are paying for a table at the water's edge. Non-residents are welcome and there is parking on the resort grounds. Reckon on an hour for lunch and two for dinner; reserve for the Monday barbecue, which fills with guests from the whole coast.
