About Adventure Makers Bonaire
They pick up in and around Kralendijk.
The park tour is the one that earns its money. The long route inside Washington Slagbaai is thirty-four kilometres of unpaved road, the gate closes to new arrivals at half past two, and most rental agreements exclude the park entirely — going with someone who brings their own vehicle removes all three problems. The guides know the geology and the birds, which is what turns a drive through scrub into something worth the day.
The full park day runs about seven hours and starts from around two hundred and sixty dollars per person, park entry apart. Start early, take water, and book ahead — they run small groups. Lunch is not always included, so ask when you book; there is nowhere inside the park to buy anything.
