Stoked Foodtruck

It is a red double-decker bus, which makes it the most visible eating spot on the island — you sit upstairs with the sea on one side and aircraft on approach over the other. The kitchen does Angus beef burgers, wraps and sandwiches with tuna, ribs, chicken and a vegetarian option, several steps above what a beach truck normally manages.

Open every day from 12:00 to 20:00, which is longer than any other truck here and covers both lunch and dinner. It is cash only in US dollars, so draw money before you drive down — there is no machine at the beach. Reckon on fifteen to twenty-five dollars a head and an hour, longer if you stay for the sunset from the top deck — the aircraft land right in front of it, which is either the attraction or the reason to sit downstairs.
