As a bar rather than a restaurant it is the island's most reliable place to end up late. Rum is the base of most of what comes over the counter, the cocktail list is long, and there is a stage that gets used — live music at intervals, a band on the last Sunday of the month, and Latin Night every Thursday with salsa and bachata until half past one in the morning.

Open every day from 15:00, closing at 22:00 on ordinary evenings and running to 01:30 on Thursday. Prices are ordinary bar prices. An hour for a drink on the square, a whole evening if there is music. Being on Wilhelminaplein means you walk home from anywhere in the centre, which after midnight on an island without street taxis is worth knowing.
